His extensive experience spans emergency department leadership, clinical instruction, combat casualty care, and large-scale medical readiness operations.
As a certified Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Instructor and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Instructor, Eric has trained countless military and civilian providers in lifesaving trauma interventions under pressure. His approach to tactical medicine combines evidence-based clinical expertise with hard-earned operational insight, emphasizing calm precision, adaptability, and decision-making in chaos.
